Both of these venues have six choices in starters, main meals and desserts to choose from, but if you are counting calories you can ask to see the Spa menu featuring delicious low-calorie dishes.



The Gathering is the casual dining venue on the Carnival Dream and it is quite large, spanning two decks of the ship. It offers a dazzling array of choices from salads, main meals and desserts that will tickle your taste buds and scream for more. It is truly a smorgasbord of international dishes and is the setting for the 24-hour pizzeria and custom made stir dry dishes at the Mongolian Wok.

Specialty teas and coffee are on tap at the Ocean Plaza where you can also indulge in melt-in-your mouth pastries. The Carnival Dream offers an alternative restaurant in the Chef’s Art Steakhouse where you can order your steak just the way you like it along with other delights from the menu, such as fresh seafood dishes. Choose a wine from the extensive list to round out the meal to perfection.

Sushi is the specialty of Wasabi, where you can practice using chopsticks instead of a fork and knife. This sushi bar located along the wall of the Promenade deck and guess what? It’s free.

Room service is available round the clock and instead of the usual cold sandwiches and salads, on the Carnival Dream you can order full meals at any time of the day or night and there is no extra charge for this service. Dine in style in your stateroom or on your balcony when you just want to be alone with your partner.
